This session was added in as an extra Round Table, thanks to valued feedback from members of the industry. During this Round Table, we discussed the extent to which the way venues treat their staff should have a bearing on the judging process. The panel, hosted by the founders, was Angus Winchester (Director of Drinks & People at Wild West Group), Eugene Nyaundi (well-being advocate), Lauren Paylor (Founder of Focus on Health) and Shel Buhler (Brand Director for Aparium Hotels).
