Originally conceived as a private dining room, it was reimagined by founder Natasha Sideris into an intimate bar. The design draws inspiration from the night skies over Athens. Midnight-blue tones, mirrored finishes, and velvet textures frame the room, but it is the custom constellation ceiling that defines the experience. Stars and drifting astronauts glow above, casting a soft, transportive light that instantly connects guests to the bar’s celestial theme. A discreet entrance through a velvet curtain enhances the sense of discovery, while careful seating arrangements ensure every guest has a view of the space’s centrepiece: the glowing Lemurian-blue stone bar.

Drinks are conceived as a journey through the cosmos, with each signature cocktail inspired by a constellation or celestial story. The team develops menus collaboratively, blending research, creativity, and multiple tasting rounds to refine balance and presentation. Advanced techniques such as clarification, carbonation, and infusions are used not as gimmicks but as precise tools to enhance flavour. Premium ice from Artisan Ice, bespoke glassware, and restrained garnishing ensure that each cocktail feels elevated yet elegant. Even non-alcoholic serves are approached with the same care, introduced personally by the team rather than hidden in fine print.
